Have you ever wondered if your mind, body or spirit are operating at peak performance, there many limitations in life but what if some are triggered by your neurology. This is the greater question in today’s episode as we uncover a little more on how the brain and neuroplasticity work. Hacking your own brain might seem crazy but it holds the keys and answers to your overall health and well being so don’t be afraid and come along for the ride to understand your neuro performance.

Performance doesn’t just mean exercise or how well you do at work. It encompasses everything in life, you may have found yourself with low energy for prolonged periods of time. Perhaps you feel under the weather or just beat down everyday. Well your not alone many of us are literally operating on the edge of our threat buckets on a daily basis. Finding the extra energy to do anything else other than survive day to day can be asking too much for some.

Understanding your neuro performance beginning with your  limitations are a good start to discover ways to remove those barriers. We all live turbulent lives some more than others but our neuro chemistry work in similar ways. The human body has multiple sources for interpreting input from external stimuli the main one being your eyes, all powered by the brain.

Today I’m speaking with Jessica Foster a Neuro Performance Coach her job is to help people understand the nature and source of all pain and discomfort. We discuss much of the work she does for herself and her needs as well as the work she has performed on others as well. The information she shares with people provide a different lens to view their struggles in hopes that it may open the door to exploring themselves. Hopefully it leads to understanding your neuro performance as well.

Jessica has studied the complex nature of the brain and the nervous system for 10 years with a degree in biology she has taken a new approach on the scientific method to include aspects of cognitive performance. Understanding Your Neuro Performance with Her experiences while studying to become a Neuro Performance Coach showed her that there infinite possibilities for achieving a healthier you day in and day out.

We all suffer from some kind of pain, discomfort or difficulty day to day, but what if there was something you could do now at home that can be used again and again to target areas of concern. This is the power of knowledge and when you begin understanding your neuro performance you’ll see why it is in fact critical to health.
